Book a Consultation

Our Australian immigration lawyers can provide you with expert advice during a consultation. The advice is tailored to your unique background and needs. Depending on the complexity of your situation you can choose between a 1/2 hour or hour consultation with our lawyers.

If you subsequently choose us to assist with a visa or immigration matter within 14 calendar days of your consultation, we will deduct that consultation fee from the overall charge.

Our consultations include:

  • Review provided documents/information prior to the consultation
  • Assess your options against individual visa criteria
  • Explain in terms you understand your visa options and any potential obstacles with your case
  • Suggest alternative pathways should your chosen visa not be viable

To schedule your consultation, please choose one of the options below.

As we continue to live with COVID-19, our team is playing its part to reduce the risk and stop the spread of COVID-19 and therefore continues to work remotely. Face-to-face bookings are currently unavailable. Video consultations remain open between 9am – 5pm. All consultations are subject to our Consultation Policy. Please read and understand the policy before proceeding.

Online Video Consultations

We use Google Meets for our video consultations. You do not need an account with Google for this, as you will be provided with a unique link in your confirmation email. Instructions for using Google Meets will be included in the email after you complete your booking.

Client Information Questionnaire

We require information on your background to provide suitable advice on your situation. You will be asked to complete the questionnaire after selecting your appointment time. For the time being we also require people making face to face bookings to complete the COVID-19 declaration form.

Consultation Fees

The consultation fee must be made at the time of booking the appointment or prior to your consultation. If you have not paid for a consultation before 5pm the day before your consultation, we cannot guarantee that our lawyers will be available to take the appointment. Where you pay after 5pm, your appointment will be rescheduled to the next mutually agreeable time. If you have any questions please contact us directly.

Employers

If you are an employer seeking to sponsor an employee and want advice on your obligations and the application process, please contact us directly.
