Skilling Australians Fund Legislation Passes Parliament

On 9 May 2018, the Australian Parliament passed the Skilling Australians Fund (SAF) Legislation. The SAF Legislation introduces a new ‘user pays’ training levy (the SAF Levy) for all employer sponsored nominations. Recommended Action

Although the commencement date of the SAF Levy has not yet been confirmed we recommend your business moves quickly to submit any outstanding employer sponsored nominations.
