Our client had achieved a Bachelor degree in Commerce in her home country before she came to Australia to study vocational level Aged Care courses. Upon the completion of a few different vocational courses in Aged Care, Hospitality and Business Management, she also did further studies with two Master level courses in Business and Accounting. At the time she came to us for consultation she had previously been on student visas a number of years prior and her current subclass 485 Graduate visa was due to expire.
We worked closely with the client to find a suitable course and demonstrate her genuine interest in learning different aspects of Business, despite having already completed a Bachelor and two Masters degrees. We successfully helped her to get an offer for a Master course in Finance and successfully apply for a Student visa.
After commencing the new Finance course we assisted the client to obtain a suitable Skills Assessment and submit an Expression of Interest for an Independent Skilled subclass 189 visa. Our client is now enrolled in the second semester of the course, and is waiting for an invitation to apply for a permanent visa to remain in Australia.
